They dismissed my ticket! I didn’t think it was going to work but gave it a shot anyway and they got my ticket dismissed. They said the outcome was not a guarantee of dismissal but will try their very best and it worked. They were always there when I had questions in the process and before my court appointment and got back to me right after the case was dismissed. Great customer service.
